Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Hyundai Elantra a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $11,186.44.
We successfully settled the claim for $12,998.00. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $686.56 or 23.7%.
Net settlement increase was $1,811.56 or 16.2%
