GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2013 Hyundai Sonata a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $5,915.69. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,290.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $8,424.25. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $2,290.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability zero.
Net settlement increase was $2,508.56 or 42.4%
