Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2020 Infiniti QX50 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $13,320.81.
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance paid $4,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
