GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Esurance Insurance had deemed our client’s 2013 Infiniti G37 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $12,336.25. The Esurance settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,649.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $15,736.25. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,649.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,011.00 or 25.5%.
Net settlement increase was $3,400.00 or 27.6%
