Our Client was involved in a front-end collision with an Uninsured Motorist. Our Client was insured with Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $15,476.45. We filed a Uninsured Motorist Claim on behalf of our Client with Allstate.
Allstate Insurance paid $3,300.00 to settle the Uninsured Motorist Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
