Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Lexus IS250 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $2,869.46.
Allstate Insurance paid $1,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
