Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Lexus LS460 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $10,086.38.
Allstate Insurance paid $5,100.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
