Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had USAA Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Lexus NX200t back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $4,563.24.
USAA Insurance paid $1,816.60 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
