Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had State Farm Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2013 Lexus RX350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $10,494.02.
State Farm Insurance paid $2,400.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
