Our Client was involved in a left front collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Lexus RX350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $29,444.80.
Allstate Insurance paid $4,410.03 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
