Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2016 Mercedes Benz C450 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $3,111.85.
Allstate Insurance paid $1,900 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
