Our Client was involved in a right-side collision. The at-fault party had Foremost Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes Benz CLS550 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $16,965.43.
Foremost Insurance paid $2,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
