Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had State Farm Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes Benz CLS63 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $5,023.65.
State Farm Insurance paid $2,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
