Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had AmTrust Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2008 Mercedes Benz G500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $26,896.60.
AmTrust Insurance paid $3,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
