Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Cottingham & Butler Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2016 Mercedes Benz GLE300 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $6,707.91.
Cottingham & Butler Insurance paid $907.43 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
