Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Cincinnati Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $8,071.87.
Cincinnati Insurance paid $1,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
