Our Client’s Mercedes was damaged by a construction crew who erected scaffolding around the vehicle, and dropped debris all over the vehicle. The at-fault party had AmTrust Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes Benz ML63 back to its OEM Cosmetic Condition was $23,523.21.
AmTrust Insurance paid $11,700.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
