Our Client was involved in a right rear collision. The at-fault party had Geico Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Mercedes E300 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $5,081.10.
Geico Insurance paid $5,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
