Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Elephant Auto Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes E350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $12,574.98.
Elephant Auto Insurance paid $1,800.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
