Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes GL Class back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $14,076.96.
Allstate Insurance paid $3,700.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
