Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Chubb and Son Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes ML350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $3,251.54.
Chubb and Son Insurance paid $1,200.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
