Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Direct General Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Mercedes ML350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $22,648.63.
Direct General Insurance paid $1,702.18 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
