GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Foremost Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Pathfinder a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $21,544.38. The Foremost settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $950.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,595.50. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $950.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $3,050.32 or 68.7%.
Net settlement increase was $5,051.12 or 23.4%
