GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s stolen 2017 Nissan Pathfinder a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $24,333.81. The Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $4,026.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $32,236.59. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $4,026.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $518.90 or 59.0%.
Net settlement increase was $7,902.78 or 32.5%
