GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2013 Nissan Pathfinder a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $13,748.44. The Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $510.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $15,118.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client $510.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $484.56 or 5.6%.
Net settlement increase was $1,369.56 or 10.0%
