GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $14,759.63. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,143.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $19,356.53. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $2,143.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,488.60 or 57.8%.
Net settlement increase was $4,596.90 or 31.1%
