GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $15,196.31. The Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $584.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,703.28. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $584.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,351.07 or 52.5%.
Net settlement increase was $2,506.97 or 16.5%
