GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $18,685.88. The Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,017.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $21,579.33. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,017.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,231.80 or 18.8%.
Net settlement increase was $2,893.45 or 15.5%
