GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Elephant Auto Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Toyota Camry a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $16,953.00. The Elephant Auto settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $880.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,650.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $880.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $377.60 or 9.8%.
Net settlement increase was $1,697.00 or 10.0%
