GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Farmers Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Toyota Camry a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $16,684.50. The Foremost settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $761.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $19,051.75. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $761.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,060.65 or 25.2%.
Net settlement increase was $2,367.25 or 14.2%
