GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Auto Club Enterprises Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Toyota Corolla a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $13,047.34. The Auto Club Enterprises settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,617.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $16,252.90. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,617.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $885.16 or 29.5%.
Net settlement increase was $3,205.56 or 24.6%
