Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Toyota RAV4 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $5,269.18.
Allstate Insurance paid $1,800.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
