GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Toyota Tacoma a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $30,577.06. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,221.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $36,638.63. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,221.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,064.94 or 74.4%.
Net settlement increase was $6,061.57 or 19.8%
