Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Shelter Mutual Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2020 Toyota Tundra back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $6,144.68.
Shelter Mutual Insurance paid $3,717.68 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
