Our Client was involved in a left rear collision. The at-fault party had Safeco Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Volvo XC60 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $5,690.49.
Safeco Insurance paid $990.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
