Our client’s 2012 Mercedes S63 was involved in a collision. Our client filed a claim with their carrier Farmers Insurance for the loss. Farmers deemed the vehicle a Total Loss. Our clients certified collision facility issued a preliminary loss statement/repair plan for $21,743.02 to return the 2012 Mercedes S63 to its pre-loss condition. Our client wanted their S63 safely returned to its pre-loss OEM condition.
As a result of going through the appraisal process in the policy, our subsidiary Vehicle Value Experts came to a binding agreement with the Farmers independent 3rd party appraiser for $23,900.00 as the loss statement/ repair cost to return our clients 2012 Mercedes S63 back to its pre-loss condition.
Through the invoking of the Farmers policy right of appraisal our client was able to get their S63 repaired to it’s pre-loss condition.
