GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2013 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $11,354.69. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $194.92 lagging balance with their lender US Employees after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $16,598.77. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $194.92 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $845.22 or 70.9%.
Net settlement increase was $5,244.08 or 46.2%
