GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 a Total Loss and offered a settlement of $25,072.89
Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $503.98 lagging balance with their lender Oklahoma Central Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $30,297.94. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $503.98 liability and  reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,528.85 or 100.00%.
Net settlement increase was $5,225.05 or 20.8%
