Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Safeco Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2020 Mercedes GLE350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $36,765.67.
Safeco Insurance paid $4,750.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
