Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Houston Specialty Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Tesla Model X back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $22,491.76.
Houston Specialty Insurance paid $3,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
