GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Audi S3 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $36,590.75.
We successfully settled the claim for $40,296.75. The revised settlement provided our client with a return of his equity. There was NO GAP LIABILITY.
Net settlement increase was $3,706.00 or 10.1%
