GAP Provider Liability Realignment
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Mercedes C250 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $8,518.75.
We successfully settled the claim for $12,421.56. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s liability to BB&T and reduced the GAP Provider liability $336.47 or 75%.
Net settlement increase was $3,902.81 or 45.8%
