GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Frontier a Total Loss and offered his a settlement of $19,229.19. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $813.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $21,277.69. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $813.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $749.90 or 16.2%.
Net settlement increase was $2,048.50 or 10.7%
