Our client’s 2019 Infinity QX80 hit a deer. Our client filed a claim with his carrier Allstate Insurance for the loss. Allstate issued a loss statement/repair estimate for $8,299.68 before the deductible. Our clients certified collision facility issued a preliminary loss statement/repair plan for $10,117.07 to return the 2019 Infinity QX80 to its pre-loss condition. Our client came to us for assistance with the $1,817.39 out-of-pocket expense to safely return his vehicle to its pre-loss OEM condition.
As a result of going through the appraisal process in the policy, our subsidiary Vehicle Value Experts came to a binding agreement with the Allstate independent 3rd party appraiser for $10,001.43 as the loss statement/ repair cost to return our clients 2019 Infinity QX80 back to its pre-loss condition.
The final binding agreement between the unbiased independent appraisers identified an under-indemnification of the loss of $1,701.75 from the Allstate loss statement/repair estimate of $8,299.68.
