GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $36,160.46 Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $335.78 lagging balance with their lender Coastal Federal Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $39,285.48. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $335.78 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,407.99 or 8.7%.
Net settlement increase was $3,125.02 or 8.6%
