GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota Avalon a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $34,125.00 . State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $250.26 lagging balance with their lender Tinker Federal Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $40,790.68. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $250.26 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,758.55 or 39.0%.
Net settlement increase was $5,086.55 or 14.2%
