GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota Highlander a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $27,056.43. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,671.10 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Motor Credit after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $31,795.51. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,671.10 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,127.24 or 37.6%.
Net settlement increase was $4,739.08 or 17.5%
