State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $21,483.00.
We successfully settled the claim for $23,825.00. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,209.20 or 40.5%.
Net settlement increase was $2,412.26 or 10.9%
