GAP Provider Liability Realignment
American Access Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Chevrolet Trax a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $15,448.00. American Access settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,068.00 lagging balance with their lender Credit Human after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,000.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,068.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $684.00 or 11.8%.
Net settlement increase was $2,552.002 or 16.5%
