GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Jeep Compass a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $25,945.00 . State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $154.50 lagging balance with their lender Chrysler Capital after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $30,494.75. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $154.50 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,983.49 or 69.0%.
Net settlement increase was $3,661.65 or 13.6%
